Importing fleets just got dramatically easier. Every organization now gets a unique import email address, simply forward a CSV export from your manufacturer, ERP, or internal tooling and FleetFlow will process it automatically. We validate the file, map the columns, and prepare the import for review so your team stays in control. Once you approve, the vehicles are added with consistent data and clean error reporting for anything that needs attention.

FleetFlow billing now fits how modern teams operate. Alongside SEPA auto-charge, you can pay invoices via iDEAL or SEPA transfer for maximum flexibility. Accounts outside the EU can also use card payments. Invoices are sent to your billing contact automatically and always available in your dashboard, making it easy for finance teams to track, download, and reconcile.

FleetFlow now supports social connections between customers inside your ecosystem. Customers can add friends and, when they opt in, share ride history and live location with each other. This unlocks richer experiences like group rides, meetups, and "ride together" features, without compromising privacy. Brands can enable and tune this per organization to match their product and community strategy.

Recalls now come with a dedicated progress view designed for speed, clarity, and compliance. Track completion rate, pace, and workload at a glance, and see whether you're on track to meet the deadline. Your team gets a better operational overview, while customers get a cleaner experience from notification through completion, helping you move faster and reduce support load.

Integrations are now even more robust. FleetFlow OAuth2 supports modern best practices (including PKCE flows) to strengthen security for both web and mobile clients. This helps you confidently connect external apps and services while maintaining clear consent boundaries. It's a strong foundation for standardized access, future partner integrations, and data portability requirements.

We've expanded the import engine to handle larger datasets and more real-world CSV formats, without requiring a perfect template. FleetFlow can suggest mappings, flag conflicts early, and show a preview of changes before anything is applied. If vehicles already exist, you can safely update matching records instead of creating duplicates, keeping your fleet database clean over time.

FleetFlow Go brings your operational tools to mobile. Built for technicians and on-the-go teams, it gives fast access to vehicle details, customer context, and service history, right where the work happens. This reduces back-and-forth with support, speeds up diagnostics, and improves first-time fix rates. It's the companion app that keeps workshops and field teams in sync with your central FleetFlow environment.

Threads is FleetFlow's communication hub for customer support and service coordination. Service tickets bring order to service operations. Create tickets linked to vehicles and customers, assign them to technicians, set priorities, and track progress through completion. Each ticket becomes a reliable service record, capturing what happened, what was used, and what was resolved, so both support and workshops can work from the same source of truth.

FleetFlow Partners lets you invite external workshops and service locations into your ecosystem with clear boundaries and the right tools. Partners can look up vehicles (and attached customer context), manage service tickets, and log service history. When enabled, they can also order spare parts directly from your organization, streamlining logistics and reducing operational friction.

This reduces resolution times and improves consistency, especially for teams that scale quickly or handle a wide variety of vehicle models and issues.

Recalls help you act quickly when vehicles require inspection, updates, or service. Create recalls per model or segment, notify customers, and track progress as repairs are completed. The result is a clear operational workflow and a reliable compliance trail, without needing spreadsheets, manual follow-ups, or disconnected tools.

FleetFlow now includes a developer-friendly OAuth2 flow so you can connect your own apps and services using a standardized, secure approach. This makes it easier to integrate your webshop, support tools, data pipelines, or internal tooling, while keeping access scoped and auditable through explicit user consent.

When you build a customer-facing app, translations shouldn't live in spreadsheets forever. FleetFlow now includes built-in translation management so you can create, update, and organize translations directly in your dashboard. Teams can ship language updates faster, and apps using the FleetFlow Mobile SDK can sync translations live, reducing release overhead and improving consistency across markets.
