Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FleetFlow platform and services ("Services") provided by FleetFlow, Inc. ("FleetFlow", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Definitions

• User: Any individual or entity using the FleetFlow Services.
• Account: A registered account with FleetFlow required to access certain features of the Services.

• FleetFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• You must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Services. However, by submitting Content, you grant FleetFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the Content in connection with the Services.
• You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any Content that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using the Services to distribute spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.

7. Termination

• FleetFlow may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any Content you have submitted may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. FleetFlow makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• FleetFlow does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FleetFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FleetFlow is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

FleetFlow reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
